If this isn’t a sign that I need to leave this city, I’m not sure what is.

Wait–are you upset that such a thing happened, that the Eagle reported it in such a way, or that it’s the most exciting thing to happen to Pittsfield in years???
Because the latter makes me the saddest.
I’m upset that it’s front-page news.
I really shouldn’t laugh at that story, because it is spousal abuse and attempted sexual assault, but I don’t know how else I’m supposed to react to reading about how the one woman was “all liquored up.”
The front page of today’s Eagle made me think of you because of this entry.
